Staff were friendly, had a hit and miss with getting drinks at the bar, hardly ever had anyone working the bar. But, when we would ask the front desk, they would find someone to help us.

Nice spacious room that had everything needed to cook a meal. Very friendly front desk that welcomed me almost every time I walked in. Lady who handled the valet was also very friendly and even granted some of the guests beads to take around New Orleans. would love to stay again!

Door from bathroom to bedroom needed repaired. Had to throw shoulder into it and wake everyone up in room if you wanted to open or close it. I wasn’t a fan of no housekeeping except for every 10 days and a possible charge if we wanted new towels. Also, the bed was supposed to be a queen. After sleeping in it the first night, it seemed more like a double bed. I even measured it and compared to the specifications for a queen bed which would be 60 inches wide. This was 54, a double bed. Hotel staff were friendly, but the hotel needs to be updated.

Everything was great!!!!! But that manager who is the bigggest liar I felt like he was lying when I ask him about my discount on parking wrote the ticket up had it on my card and then took it back off that’s what you call sneaky and dirty! But I will still come back and stay there cause it’s clean
