Suburban area condo 2 Bedrooms, each bedroom has a Queen bed and a set of bunks. 2 full bathrooms with walk in showers. One has a washer and dryer to accommodate your laundry needs. Complete kitchen, stove refrigerate, table and a bar. Full living room with large sectional couch and recliner. Back deck where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine or that beer and cigar. We also have a small grill out on the deck. We provide complete bed and bath linens, we do not provide personal care products such as soap, toothpaste, shampoo Etc. Also we provide complete cookware, silverware, dishes. 3 TV'S one in each bedroom and one in the living room. WiFi and cable, plenty of entertainment near by, Great restaurants, bars, clubs and live entertainment. We have 3 parking spots out front and additional parking on the side for boats. We are in an ideal location for fishing Delacroix Island, Shell Beach, Hopedale and Bayou Bienvenue. We are about 10 miles from the French Quarter No Pets and No Smoking

Nice and clean/accommodating and responsive host

We enjoyed our stay! Dennis was very accommodating and responsive! Not many places in that area with two additional bedrooms that aren’t just stacked with small beds! Also a plus there were two bathrooms with showers! There was plenty of room for us to park two trucks and a large boat. It’s a great location if your fishing in the area. 30 minutes from hopedale. 5 out of five stars!

Great little getaway!

This was a perfect place for us to stay on our short visit to New Orleans. The bedrooms were perfect. There were only 3 of us but you could easily sleep 6 or 7 comfortably. Dennis was very responsive to any questions. The only suggestion I would have is to have housekeeping check under the furniture. Otherwise a wonderful place and great price!

Nice place

Plenty of room for my boat in front. The property manager was easy to contact and the place was nice and clean. The place is quite close to a main road and there was some road noise at night, but I would definitely stay again. Close to good restaurants, stores, and in a nice neighborhood.
