Coastal Waters is a classic 1950s Florida vintage hotel. Coastal Waters consists of 3 buildings with three floors.
It was recently converted to condos in January of 2021. The property has been modernized and updated with super-fast WIFI, a new heated pool, extended gas line to the grill area so no more propane tanks and digital wifi enabled door locks to provide easy access and simple contactless check in!
Beautiful spacious ocean view condo. Located on an ocean front property with ocean front beach access! This condo had a lovely full kitchen, Full bathroom, separate bedroom with 2 queen beds and full living room. Tv's located in the living room and bedroom with cable and high speed internet.
Enjoy direct ocean view from the private balcony or take a trip down to the beach. Head over to the pool deck to enjoy the Florida sun and take a dip in the outdoor heated pool.
Wash any dishes you may have used during your stay. Try to keep the sand outside. Leave the beach key in your unit upon departure.

Apartment was updated nice LG TV with cable and Netflix. Heated pool view and access of the ocean and beach. Outdoor grills if needed. Only complaint was mattress needed to be updated. Also the one dresser near the door should be replaced smelled inside the drawer..great price and communication with owner and property manager was pleasant and very responsive
