We had such a nice stay!

Joe is a very gracious host and very responsive! We had such a nice stay. The beach is just around the corner! We went to the beach every morning, in the afternoons we went out to farms, Greenport is close by, vineyards etc. We hope come back again!

Joe’s Place

Perfect location and great house, we’ll equipped and comfortable. Joe was a great host, making sure we were taken care of when there was a small gas main leak on the street in front of the house. Highly recommend!

On the beach

This location is great for quick beach access, and very small and cozy town (but with two great restaurants just steps away). Lovely yard for gathering. If you want seclusion, it's not the spot (I didn't). Water access for swimming or kayaking, walking, marshes for bird watching -- all good
