The room did not have the advertised city view, it was an alley view on the 4th floor. Additionally, there was a terrible draft leaking from the closed balcony door making to room very cold. The hotel had no additional blankets to spare.

Always clean, let's start there. Room was small (expected), but the beds were worn out, as were the plugs. Could barely get things charged while we slept without them coming loose. Would stay here again for convenience of location, but not my first choice

I came to NYC for the weekend and had a wonderful time. I chose this hotel because the location was convenient and very walkable/accessible to different parts of New York. The staff was very friendly, professional and responsive to concerns. Highly recommended a stay at this hotel!
