We had two rooms that were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, no issues with the elevators, and breakfast was great. The bathrooms are a bit small, but we made do. Hotel was right next to Port Authority terminal so super convenient to catch the subway. Also centrally located to many areas with just a short walk to Central Park, Times Square, and Rockefeller Center. Totally would stay here again.

Overnight stay to enjoy the Christmas sights of New York. The staff was friendly, hotel was beautiful and service was excellent. We were able to check right in upon arrival. There was an issue with out TV that we notified the front desk about before heading out sight setting. The TV was fixed when we arrived back at night. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely look to book again next year.

The breakdast lead Teresa C runs an efficient and delicious breakfast. She seats you as you come in rather than the typical free for all. Tables cleared off quickly and there is very little waiting even when it was busy.
