Nice bar/restaurant on the main level which came in very handy. I was able to get something decent to eat without having to go out. The property is in the process of being updated, so there was plastic restricting some areas, but that didn't impact my stay. Very handy to have the free shuttle to take us to the airport train. Worked out well for us. Unfortunately, got in too late for shuttle service and I had to pay $70 for a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Crazy high price for a 5 minute ride!!!

I payed for my room $185 for the January 24th. Because of the snow storm and flight cancellations I need to stay additional 1-2 days. During the check in I was informed that there is no availability for additional days and they put me on waiting list. Why I can see availability online for this hotel for over $500 per night? This is taking advantage of the weather situation and poor people who were stuck in NY!!! This is not right!!!

I stayed 2 nights. When I got in my room and turned on the bathroom faucet was missing the piece where the water comes out. The carpet had a 20inch red streak near the bed, not sure if it was blood or what. In the shower there were 3 dispensers, 2 shampoo, 1 conditioner. Don't know if one of the shampoo dispensers had soap or not. You guess!!! Shower door slide open on it's own whilst showering. The safe didn't work, had to get front desk to have maintenance replace battery or safe. The housekeeping staff started cleaning at 7am which was RIDICULOUS. I couldn't sleep in. They were Banging, Clanging and shouting to each other it sounded like a construction site. I had to call the front desk to complain. I paid over $200 per night and got one star service. My family member also stayed 3 nights like myself from out of state for a family funeral, they too had complaints. On the elevator down on checking out I asked a couple how was their stay, the elevator ride wasn't long enough to hear all the complaints. I think a full refund should be made.
