The room we stayed in was quite small but that’s what you get in NYC I guess! However, it was clean and very well updated. We were close to everything. The elevators take forever to come but otherwise no complaints.

Elevators were a bit too fast and shaky. My son was scared to go in each time. A microwave is needed for persons staying over a long period.

The room was super clean, and well stocked, I had a steamer and hair dryer in my room! I can’t speak for people who had other rooms but I had an incredible view of the city (24th floor). Only small things were that the restaurant food is bad, and expensive, and the elevators are so annoying. The location was right in Times Square and away from the scammers so you don’t have to worry about any of that in this particular location. Also, the parking situation seemed shady to me but it was great and efficient, even though it was $180 for 3 nights💀

I loved the location of this hotel, it’s perfectly situated in Times Square and very convenient for getting around the city. The room and overall property were very clean, and the housekeeping staff was kind and welcoming. I also ordered room service; the food was good and arrived quickly, which I appreciated. However, my check-in experience was not pleasant. The front desk staff came across as cold and standoffish, which wasn’t the warm welcome I expected. I was also surprised by a $150 per night incidental deposit that was not clearly advertised on Expedia. I recommend the hotel ensure this information is clearly communicated to guests before arrival to avoid unexpected stress. The room was also smaller than I expected. While I did enjoy parts of my stay, I likely would not choose to stay here again.

Checking in was unfriendly and ill informed. Checking out was no better and hit for a resort fee! Rooms were clean, but very small. Restaurants and bars had odd operating hours. Escalators to street level were not functioning. The housekeeping staff were very nice, though
