A remodeled 1930 Neo-Colonial private house Located in Addisleigh Park Historic District, a suburban-type enclave in southeast Queens with a rich and distinctive history. Where World-renowned notables such as Lena Horne, Ella Fitzgerald, Illinois Jacquet, Jackie Robinson, James Brown, Joe Louis, Milt Hinton, Roy Campanella, Perry Sutton, Cootie Williams, and many more were once located. Min's to access public transportation heading to the city or to the island.
Feel free to take walks or go running through the area. A Nespresso machine for coffee is supplied as well is the pods that go with it. If you'd rather have a regular coffee pot that is also available. A microwave, small fridge and a small induction cook top is included as is some cookware, utensils bowls and plates. If you are a Veteran the St. Albans VA is 2 minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping areas and gyms are less than 5 min away.
