Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Newark. Enjoy a drink on the side porch or coffee on the front porch. Quiet residential area beside of a church. The long driveway allows for 3 vehicles. Two miles from St Rt 16 going anywhere from Columbus, Zanesville, Heath, Granville. Close to Legend Valley Concert venue, Denison University, Midland Theater. Less than 1/2 hour drive to Amazon, Intel, Discover Card. Must be 25 or older to reserve. No pets. Smoking is allowed outside only. The number of guests will not exceed four at any time. If more than 4 you will be cancelled. Absolutely NO PETS. Please do not work on vehicles or change oil in the driveway.
