The hotel was clean, quiet and beds comfortable. However, the hotel and room had an odor —perhaps from cleaning products. It smelled like the hotel needed a good airing out. It wasn’t highly offensive—just not fresh smelling. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay/-the view from our room was amazing!!

Courtyard by Marriott Farmington is a great hotel. The hostess was very nice and informative. The room was clean and had a deodorant scent that was pleasant. The room had a fridge, microwave, and a cooler/heater controlled by a wall thermostat which helps to easily keep the room comfortable. There was a sofa and desk with a rollaway table that fit under the desk to leave more room space. The bath was nice and the shower delivered good water pressure and conveniently had built in soap and shampoo dispensers. The parking was easy and the grounds clean. I recommend this hotel and will be back.

Nice Location, But Restless Night

Unfortunately, our stay at the Courtyard was not enjoyable. We had people stomping above us all night, and the walls were so thin we could hear someone singing and playing guitar for hours. We were hoping for a good night’s rest but got the opposite. The location is great, but that’s about the only positive thing we can say about our experience.
