KITCHENS & AMENITIES: Both kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.
Parking: 1-2 spaces in the carport, dependent on vehicle size. Small to mid-size vehicles are recommended. One space in the garage, small vehicles only. Parking behind the garage is not permitted. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Location wise it was two blocks to the beach which is great. The house itself was nice enough, though it felt like it needed a deep clean, there was a musty smell throughout both units that did air out once all windows where open. As noted there isn't an air conditioner so you have to keep windows open, and the traffic noise can get loud at night. The fridge stopped working mid stay and the rental agency was quick to respond and provided a mini fridge for the rest of our time there however our food did spoil in the main fridge and the mini fridge wasn't big enough to for the number of guest staying there.
We werenât allowed to check in early even by 15 minutes. We had to buy toilet paper, salt and pepper, and dish soap. The kitchen had very old cooking dishes, food stuck to everything. The oven wasnât functioning properly and was hard to use. The fridge didnât stay cold and the ice maker/water feature in the fridge also wasnât working. I was very disappointed with all of these issues considering the cost of the rental.
