Here, the past meets the present with a wonderful blend of vintage character and cozy comfort; even the original milkbottle delivery door remains as a charming feature of the mini kitchen. While intimate in scale, each room has been carefully prepared with thoughtful details, and the home has been refreshed with updated flooring throughout, adding a clean, modern touch to this classic beach retreat.

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
PARKING: One single parking space in the shared double garage, which will accommodate small to mid-size vehicles (no SUVs). General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized, both metered and non-metered.
LAUNDRY: Shared laundry facilities are located in the garage; guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
LOCATION: Enjoy easy access to the bayfront swim beach just across the street, with the ocean only a couple of short blocks away, perfect for guests of all ages. The home is also within walking distance of the ever-popular Balboa Ferry for rides to Balboa Island, the Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, and the charming Balboa Village with its variety of eateries and shops.
LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

I booked this for a month while out in the area for work. It was so nice to come home at the end of the day to the beautiful view of the bay. My favorite was sitting in the recliner by the huge bay window watching the rowers and little sail boats. Conveniently located to the beach and great food. Very responsive to questions.
