We had a wonderful stay over the holidays with our two young children and grandparents. It is very spacious across 3 floors and the views are incredible. The kids loved watching the boats go by and we saw some great sunsets over Catalina island. The owners were extremely helpful and even set up a Christmas tree for us which we appreciated very much. The house is modern with nice bedding etc and nice touches throughout. Highly recommend and we would love to come back.

It was hard to leave

Katherine and John have created a beautiful home that offers luxury comfort and serenity unlike many other short term rental properties and five star hotels we have stayed in. The furnishings, from the sofas to the linens and mattresses, are high end and in line with what you will find at the best five star hotels. Katherine, John and their assistant as also great hosts- kind and very responsive. And how could we ever forget the views and peaceful yet central location?! We feel so blessed that we got to spend 2 months in this home. It was the perfect way to end a not-so-perfect 2020.

If location is everything- then this house has it ALL! The view was fantastic, the amenities superb and you couldn't ask for better landlords. Katherine was excellent to work with and she made our stay so enjoyable. We have rented many houses around the US and in Europe, and this house ranks way up there! You couldn't ask for more.....simply the best.

Location, Location, Location

The owners of this property couldn't have been nicer. We enjoyed a month long stay at this property and it would be impossible for us to list all the things we liked. This being said, here are a few: - The view, it is SPECTULAR! - The furniture - The bedding - The kitchen supplies - The location - The owners One more exceptional mention is the neighbors. We met quite a few during our stay and every one of them were kind and welcoming. Our family would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future.
