Picture yourself at this luxurious Tuscan-style resort home on beautiful Balboa Island! Situated on a light and bright corner lot, this home has it all – custom luxury finishes, dream-worthy amenities, and one of the best locations on the island. This spacious property features 3 bedrooms, 2 œ bathrooms, and includes central air conditioning for your comfort.

Enter through custom glass double doors into the open-concept first floor—an ideal space for entertaining both indoors and out. The living room features a limestone fireplace and double French doors that open to a lovely patio with additional seating. The chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry and wine cellar includes Viking Professional appliances, granite countertops, and is fully stocked with all you need. The dining table seats six, with three more seats at the kitchen bar.

Warm custom millwork, coffered ceilings, and imported tumbled travertine flooring make this posh home truly special. The first floor also includes a powder room and direct access to the garage, with parking for one vehicle in the carport.

Up the ornate staircase, the light-filled primary suite offers 5-star accommodations. Vaulted ceilings and custom millwork provide a grand atmosphere. The suite also includes a flat screen TV, retreat area with fireplace, and a private balcony with seating for two—perfect for morning coffee. The spa-like en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, marble mosaic flooring, frameless glass shower, and a jetted tub. A large walk-in closet offers ample space to unpack and settle in.

Two additional guest rooms and a full bathroom are also on the second floor. The first guest room includes a queen bed, hotel linens, flat screen TV, and closet. The second has a queen-over-queen bunk bed with the same amenities. The hallway bathroom includes a large double vanity, marble details, and a spacious shower.

The third—and most notable—floor is the expansive rooftop deck. With a dining table, sofa, armchairs, chaise lounges, umbrellas, and a fire pit, it’s the ultimate space for a summertime BBQ or evening cocktails under the stars.

This home’s unbeatable location makes it easy to walk everywhere. Across the street is Succulent Coffee Roasters, a local favorite, and Balboa Island Park is just down the block with summer concerts. The ferry is a 2-minute walk and offers quick access to Newport Landing, the Fun Zone, and waterfront dining. For beach days, the home is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and two beach cruisers.

Great house, great location, one note

This house is lovely, everything worked, was as picturedand the location is great. My only note would be that there is an apartment over the garage that is rented separately.While the facilities are not shared except the garage,the roof decks are adjoining. It wasn’t a problem for us, but prospective renters should be aware of that both has an option if you need additional space, and so that you weren’t surprised when you see a strange car in the carport.

Best house!!

We loved staying here! We have stayed in a bunch of places and this was our favorite so far! The location was great. The house was clean! The company and people running the house were so easy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about it! Thank you and we will definitely be back! Bonus was the Mexican food and coffee shop next door! Soooo good! Also the ferry being on the street was awesome as well! Downtown area was a quick 10-15 min walk or a 3 min bike ride. Golf cart rental right next to us as well.

Great house

For a family of 5, this was the perfect house and location! We walked and biked all over the island. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the roof top deck was great to watch the planes go overhead. The Mexican restaurant across the street was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Fantastic Stay in Balboa Island

My family and I traveled to Newport Beach and loved the location of this home. Easy walking distance to the ferry, and all of the islands offerings. Also, it was next to a great Mexican Restaurant, Todos Santos. Highly recommend these accommodations and will definitely attempt to stay there again in the future.

Weekend getaway.

We came down for 4 days with the family. There is a lot to do in the area and the house was in a great location to enjoy everything. The house was very nice and clean. The property manager was very friendly and responsive. We didn't realize until just before we came that there was an additional unit with the property but that was a non-issue. We shared the parking bay only. We had a great time!

Balboa Island Vacation

We went to Balboa Island for a family reunion. The house was in the perfect location and great proximity to all our events including beach, walks, rides on the ferry, and restaurants. Modern Home and Perfect location on Balboa Island

Our family of 8 stayed comfortably at this modern and beautiful home on Balboa Island. The location is ideal with a darling restaurant across the street (excellent coffees each morning and great salads for lunch), the ferry right at the end of the road and a quick walk to the downtown area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were so pleased with it being a spacious and comfortable home. Jordan was available and attentive. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to renting it again.

Everything as advertised! Very convenient location, walking distance to all the commerce on Island, and the ferry to the peninsula is on the same block. Our favorite spot to eat was right across the street (Todos Santos), which has everything from morning coffee to fantastic dinners. Would come back

Relaxing beach vacation

We stayed for a wonderful 4 nights and had a lovely time. Location is wonderful and we found a quiet little beach and swim spot for my 4 year old to enjoy without the worry of a long walk or waves. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Went to do laundry but another tenant was using both washers! Didn't realize they had access to the garage! Also when we got there the upstairs door to bbq wasn't locked and door to master patio bedroom wasn't locked ! Just an observation in case you weren't aware! Otherwise everything was awesome! Wonderful property and location!

The property is just as shown in the photos. We had 5 adults for a 60th birthday party. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to rent this property again! Jordyn was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect: right across from a cute, quiet local restaurant/bar, which made for fun people watching. The location is just a few steps from the ferry and water. I highly encourage visitors to rent a Duffy Boat from voyagersrentals.com. The best money spent on the trip! The food at snipebalboaisland.com was amazing! Highly recommend this spot! We also had the birthday dinner at ciaobalboa.com. Yummy food & great prices! As you can tell, this was a wonderful trip, and a wonderful place to stay! I hope my review helps you if you are considering this as a place to vacation! ENJOY!

Pretty house and lots of room!

I have rented several different houses on Balboa Island over the years. This house is very pretty and has a lot of space. The three bedrooms are very good sizes and the kitchen is large. They rooftop is pretty awesome! The restaurant across the street is fantastic

Family July 4th get together

We really enjoyed our stay on Balboa! The house was in a great location; easy to get to town and ferry. The home was very nice with a lovely roof top area for dining and best of all July 4th fireworks!

Renter beware!

Renter beware! Read the fine print and realize that nobody in the ownership or management of this property has any interest in making their problems right. There was a substantial fee paid to a management company who provided incorrect information and did nothing to advocate for us as customers. The answer here is ‘the owner is always right’. Summary: Wednesday arrival: no linens for bed-was up until 930 pm waiting for housekeeper. Was provided blood stained pillow w linens. Upstairs was 84 degrees-turned on AC-AC flooded second floor. Slept w hot bedrooms and open windows. Thursday-7 am they started repairing the street outside the house. Still no AC again slept in hot bedrooms. Friday-up early to meet AC technician. Spent 3.5 hours of our vacation dealing w the tech. Still no AC. Saturday-7 am landscapers arrived to install landscaping at house. Still no AC. Owner says this is acceptable bc hotels in the area don’t have AC (this house is NOT on the water-you will not benefit from ocean breezes) and there was no heatwave during our late June visit. Additional issues: Garage parking is a joke unless you drive a motorcycle. You are unable to fit a car and navigate around all the stuff in the garage. There is a large pallet of furniture that blocks access to the parking spot-in addition to extra chairs and a printer and an e-bike-that blocks access to the beach chairs and washer and dryer. So don’t plan on using any of those amenities if you book this house. Also plan to cut and bruise yourself if you do go to the garage. Last few things worth mentioning. The house is stocked for a party of six to have one pillow, one bath towel, and one beach towel. The refrigerator is leaking water so plan to clean that up every morning in addition to any sprinkler water that comes into the house, and the dishwasher has a 50/50 chance of turning on and washing dishes. But I did fix the broken ice maker. Moral of the story is that if you enjoy sleeping in a sauna, waking up by 7 am every day, owner scheduling contractors to get at the house at 7 am on a weekend, staying in an establishment that the owner only wants your money and takes no responsibility for their failures, hand washing dishes, parking on the street, injuring your person when a printer falls on you, not washing your clothes, and having nobody stand up for you for what you paid for-then this is the perfect house for you!!!! I hope that nobody has to deal with this on a vacation ever.
