These views stretch past Newquay Golf Course, down to Fistral Beach and out to sea - just relax and enjoy the sunset! The decked balcony is the perfect location for dining al fresco as the sun sets over the dramatic coastline.

Newquay’s premier surfing beach, Fistral, is just a short stroll from your doorstep whilst the Gannel Estuary is also nearby and offers fantastic walks along the breathtaking Atlantic coast and is ideal for fishing, bird watching, picnicking or simply relaxing.

Whilst in the area, why not enjoy a round at one of the finest links courses in the South West, Newquay Golf Course, which is located right next to Bredon Court. For those looking for an adrenaline rush, a visit to the Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre is a must, where activities on offer include rock climbing, abseiling and coasteering.

This apartment had everything you need to make the perfect break especially with British weather. Was very clean lots of space for 4 adults and a child. Would certainly return to this apartment. This was our second visit to Brendon Court, hopefully not the last.

This was our second visit to Brendon Court, hopefully not the last. The location is great being so close to Fistral beach, the harbour, Towan beach, local bars and restaurants plus only a five minute walk to Sainsbury’s. The public footpath leading down to Fistral beach has now been given the tarmac treatment so walking between the golf course is a lot easier than it was on our first visit. Access to the car park is by electric gates opened by a pin code. The property is accessed for the first time from a key safe holder, the front door is on the first floor and a lift is available for those that require it. If I were to criticise 50 Brendon Court some of the sanitary sealant should be replaced, a little surprised this was not done under Covid lockdown. Also the smart TV in the lounge is on the small side when compared to our friends apartment (Beaches); additionally no TV in the second bedroom unlike Beaches. Now I know some people will read this thinking who goes away to watch TV but you are by the sea and the weather can be temperamental plus these apartments are available all year round so it’s nice to have the option of watching a film on a big screen. Overall we had a great stay in Newquay and would definitely consider the apartments at Brendon Court again. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 50 Bredon Court... Less than 10 min walk down a golf/beach path to Fistral Beach and about the same to Newquay Beach and Harbour. Apartment had all the comforts you'd expect and more... Even has a Wii for rainy days... Very comfy, spacious, and nicely decorated. A home from home. Extra bonus is the dog friendlyness of both the apartment and Newquay. We only found two resteraunts that wouldn't allow dogs in Newquay.
