This two bedroomed first floor apartment with its open plan cooking, dining and relaxing area has been tastefully furnished with views towards Mawgan Porth and the beach creating the perfect environment for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Close to the west facing beach, the South West Coast Path and the village Sandcastles provides ideal self catering accommodation for couples and families to enjoy this beautiful spot in Cornwall.

FACILITIES

This apartment is part of the Europa Court complex where guests can enjoy full use of the heated swimming pool just yards away, use of the new tennis courts by arrangement and off road parking for two cars.

LOCATION

The village of Mawgan Porth has become a holiday hotspot in recent years sitting on the rugged North Cornwall coastline between the surfing town of Newquay and the foodie fishing town of Padstow made famous by celebrity chef Rick Stein.

The village plays host to a range of family light entertainment including the Donkey Derby races during the school holiday months of July and August, the famous annual duck race where hundreds of yellow plastic ducks vie with each other to see who can reach the beach bridge first!

There is good food and ale served up at the Merrymoor pub and at the Bedruthan Steps Hotel or at Scarletts take a soothing treatment and a relaxing spa.

Lovely location
Lovely located and decorated apartment with easy access to local shops and beach. Couple of small things that need addressing is the lack of bedside tables/cabinets in both bedrooms and freezer in kitchen... or even a top of fridge freezer compartment. Apart from this I totally enjoyed my stay..... and would return again.

Great apartment in places
Excellent apartment and location but as far as cleanliness this leaves a lot to be desired in the bathroom, the toilet brush holder was rusted and the brush was filthy also the ceiling fan was also very dirty. It is such a shame as the rest of the apartment was very clean. In the present situation this is totally unacceptable. We spoke to the house keeper who said she would speak to the owner and have the toilet brush changed, nothing happened. I also messaged the owner and again no response.
