I had an amazing experience at the Sheraton Nha Trang! The hotel’s location is perfect — right across from the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the little details that make a big difference.The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes — definitely one of the best in town.

A truly beautiful hotel with excellent presentation and atmosphere. From check-in to concierge, to the cafés and restaurants, every staff member I encountered was polite, professional, and attentive. The Sheraton was the perfect place to stay for our vacation-it’s close to the beach, shopping & the staff are super friendly & helpful! We loved the club access too! It was like our own peaceful oasis. The staff were so friendly up there too. We will definitely stay at Sheratons in the future. Thank you!

Very different club room approach

I paid the surcharge for the club facilities - staff were tireless in their efforts to make it worthwhile but the inclusion of children of all ages in the club offering made the purchase of this facility a complete waste of money. Undisciplined children running around the facility with full access to the buffet food offering 5-7 pm depreciated the experience
