숙소는 좋았지만 조금 아쉬운 사소한 사고발생

전체적으로 깔끔하고 위치도 좋고 상태 아주 좋아서 만족함. 다만 10시 체크인했더니 추가 요금 200,000동 내라고 함. 그리고 체크아웃할때 호텔스닷컴 예약하고 간걸 처리 안해서 숙박비 지불하라고 함. 호텔스닷컴 예약 보여주니 그제서야 예약내용 확인하고 처리함. 사소하지만 미숙한 일처리가 좀 아쉬움.

Best hotel in Nha Trang - STAY HERE!

This was the best hotel In Nha Trang and the best Hotel we found in Vietnam. When we arrived, the check-in was so easy and quick. The staff was so Friendly. The room was massive and so clean. The area around the hotel is quiet and you can sleep easily, and you can’t hear the traffic like in most other hotels. The staff helped us to arrange to rent a Bike and we got it at a great price. They arranged for a taxi to the airport and the taxi they arranged was cheaper than any other taxi we could find. The 2 staff that worked there named NGHIA & LINS are amazing, they made our stay so enjoyable. Anything we needed they were happy to help us, they gave us great recommendations of places to go and eat. I got sick and they helped my wife to arrange to take me to the hospital and get the medication I needed. They kept asking me how I was feeling and looking after us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will be stay here again next time we come to Vietnam. If you’re looking for a great quality clean hotel in a great location, quiet clean rooms at a great price with excellent service then please book and stay at the Tokia hotel.

서비스나 가격대비 위치는 정말 좋네요~시내안에 있어서 여기저기 구경하기 좋구요 일하시는 분이 잘 안내도 해주시고 공항까지 이동하는 택시도 잘 잡하서 섭외해주시고 아주 좋았는데... ㅜ 잠시 돌아다닌 후 숙소에 들어왔는데 엄지손가락 보다 더 큰 바퀴가 케리어에 붙어있어서... 쫒아내느라 한참.. 놀래서 고함 빽빽 지르고.. 잠도 못자고... 그 동네는 아마 다 있겠죠? ㅠ 정말 무서웠어요... 바퀴를 세상에서 제일 싫어하는 저로써는 다시 안가고 싶네요... ㅠ ㅠ

Nice hotel, cold shower

Really conveniently located close to the beach and town. Room was nice and big, good condition. The shower wouldn't get hot water to start with and staff had to sort it. Then it was only ever luke warm. Not really pleasant to shower at any point. Plus we had to test it and test it for ages, for staff not to fix it in the end anyway

한국인 한테 유명한 곳인가봐요 ㅎㅎ 그랩 아저씨가 데려다주시면서 한국인 많이간다고 했어요 룸 컨디션은 그냥 가격에 맞는정도.. 그래도 따뜻한물 잘 나오고 청결해요! 저희는 새벽에 출발해야해서 잠깐 쉬는거였어요 저희처럼 하루 숙박이면 추천드립니다~ 그리고 로비에 계신분이 너무 친절했어요!! 택시를 새벽 3시에 예약해달라고 했는데 저희 탈때까지 로비에서 주무시면서 기다려주셨더라구요ㅠㅠ 진짜 맨발로 짐 들어다주시고ㅠㅠ 친절도 최고였어요!!

공항가기 전 샤워도 할 겸 4시간정도 머물다 나온 곳 입니다. 직원도 친절하고 청소 상태는 깔끔했지만 개미가 너무 많았어요ㅜㅜ 캐리어 안으로 들어온 개미 잡느라 고생 좀 했습니다.

Quick and friendly check-in Big comfy bed, pillows and duvet AC, good WiFi, excellent shower pressure, mini fridge Wonderful front desk staff, helped with arranging bus transportation to Hoi An. Bus wasn't until 7pm, they allowed to stay in the room until then at a lower rate. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay here again if in Nha Trang in the future.
