The heater in the room was obnoxiously loud and kicked in every 12 min or so. Was way too cold to leave it off. Horrible sleep due to heater. Otherwise everything was fine. We were in the older part of the hotel and it was a bit dated but it was clean.

I didn't make the trip to Niagara Falls due to the weather. I called and asked if I could rebook the room for the next day. I was told that I couldn't cancel because it was less than 72 hours notice. I'm not happy about it. I think that due to the bad weather they should have reconsided their policy. I won't be booking there again.

Room 108 needs a smart tv or at the very least tv channels to watch sports. The tv in there now doesn’t offer any channels on regular tv. Besides that everything was great.

I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. Everything I needed was available, and the environment was quiet and restful. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, always making sure guests felt welcome and comfortable. The location was also convenient and easy to access. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Comfort Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay. I would happily stay here again.
