Beautiful cean room with vaulted ceiling, 40 channels on the tv, coffee in room, continental breakfast, (really miss the waffles). Yogurt, toast, cereal, muffins, bagels and a beautiful coffee machine with expresso, hot chocolate, mocha, etc, etc, etc.

The room was good. The heater did not have a thermostat to auto switch off when temperature is reached...it had to manually be turned off. The room facing Stanley Ave. had traffic noise regularly...quite noisy. The Continental breakfast, was traditional. No hot sausages, and scrambled eggs.

Would give a zero star but not able. Mattress was terrible in room 220, no smart tv, so no sports channels or Netflix or Prime. Hotel tried to charge my credit card before I even got there, RBC almost cancelled my card for fraud. I used my card to reserve the room, not to pay for it. Hotel should wait till the guest checks in before trying to charge their credit card without the physical card
