Set on a spacious 1,200 m² private estate, this beautiful villa is designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation. With 180 m² of stylish living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The interior features four air-conditioned bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and a generous open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe, and the entire home is furnished to a high standard with thoughtful touches throughout.



Step outside to a lovely 15 m² terrace overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden and a 32 m² private pool, complete with sun loungers and outdoor furniture for lazy afternoons under the sun. Guests can enjoy a variety of leisure amenities including a private tennis court, pool house with sauna and whirlpool, a gym, billiards, table football, darts, and even a youth room with games for all ages. Two garages and a large outdoor barbecue area are also at your disposal.



As an added treat, the villa is located near the owner’s family farm, "OPG Bukvić," known for its traditional, organic fruit and vegetable production. Depending on the season, guests are welcome to enjoy fresh local produce, homemade wines, and the authentic flavors of the Dalmatian countryside.



Several beaches are just a short drive away. The sandy beach in Ljubač, only 5 km from the villa, is perfect for families with young children, while the nearby beaches of Ražanac and Rtina offer crystal-clear waters and pebbled shores. For the more adventurous, hidden coves and rocky spots just 4 km away provide a more secluded coastal experience.
