This newly built apartment is located on the upper floor of a holiday home in a central and quiet location in Norddeich. It has a spacious living space of 64 m² and offers space for up to four people with two spacious bedrooms, free bicycles (from Sasison 2019) and a beach chair on the sandy beach in Norddeich. Here you will receive: a cozy, modern couch with armchair and table, a new Flat LED including satellite TV, a DVD player incl. DVD, a CD player with radio, a comfortable sofa bed, plenty of seating in the kitchen area / dinette. Parlor games help to have a happy evening.
The bedroom 1
The bedroom is located upstairs in this apartment and is furnished with a double bed. These include two bedside tables, an alarm clock or clock radio and two bedside lamps. The wardrobe with hangers summarizes your complete holiday wardrobe. For the little ones we can put a travel cot.
The bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a double bed. These include two bedside tables and, of course, an alarm clock or clock radio and the two bedside lamps should not be missing. A baby bed can also be delivered here.
kitchen
Extractor hood, oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher in the kitchenette, microwave, blender, toaster, all necessary kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses, cups, etc. The dinette with seating is big enough for a deliverable highchair.

This newly renovated holiday apartment extends over several floors and is particularly cozy. During the renovation in 2018 and redesign of the apartment Roringstek warm colors such as beige and brown tones were used, which is both inviting and stylish. Even lovingly selected accessories were not forgotten. So here is your holiday oasis, which leaves nothing to be desired.
Already in the modern fitted kitchen is everything you need for your stay. This includes dining and cooking utensils as well as all electrical appliances including a modern dishwasher.
In the living area, a modern flat-screen TV including satellite TV, a DVD player and a radio with DAB +, FM and Internet radio for the evening entertainment. Maybe you enjoy your evenings with happy board games. Also hereby the apartment was equipped.
Two spacious bedrooms each with a large double bed can accommodate a total of four people. If required, a baby cot can be added in both rooms. Thus, could travel to the four people even a baby or toddler.
The storage room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. In addition, you not only have your own parking space directly at the house, but even a wagon in the storage room at your disposal, so even with children your holiday on the north dike is a complete success.
2 ladies bicycles and a cart are free of charge "on availability"

Linen package for free for stays of 5 nights or more (only valid in Pre & Late Season).
  
Our laundry package consists of bed linen, towels and shower mat, tea towels and a service set (Toi paper, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing brush, rags and other little helpers for the carefree start of your holiday.
The beds are already made upon arrival. We are happy to provide you with bed linen and enough hand and bath towels.
For each registered person a fee of 13,00 Euro will be charged.
