I stayed here last year so booked it again. No bells or whistles, but is very affordable. Had an issue with the bed and it was fixed the next day. The rules are simple to follow. The kitchen doesn't come with much so prep a small grocery trip.

Accommodations were as advertised. Comfortable king bed. Convenient to Moultrie stores, restaurants and town. Owners texted me immediately whenever I contacted them.

Great place

We mainly just needed a place to sleep a couple of nights since we were in town for car show and this place turned out to be perfect. Exactly as shown, clean and quiet area. Would absolutely consider this unit again if it's available when we come through. Thank you!

Everything We Needed

This property had everything we needed, but no bells or whistles. Each bedroom had a TV including the living room. The home was handicap friendly, such as a ramp and hand bars in the master bathroom. The freezer did have an ice maker. But you get a basic coffee maker, not for K-cups. I would stay there again.

Needs improvement

A great location, very nice, quiet neighborhood. Property itself needs updating. It needs new furniture, living room and kitchen. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable, no end tables and kitchen dining chairs were broken. Everything else was good.

Overall it was good. We were not at the property much except to sleep. The door on the bathroom in the king bedroom did not close all the way. The loveseat smelled like a dog had slept on it and peed on it. Other than that it was fine.

Served our purpose perfectly!

We needed a safe, comfortable place to stay with our three dogs until our house closed. Ms. Gay and her property took great care of us and met that need perfectly! Ms. Gay was very responsive to all our needs and questions. The property was clean, ample bedding with a fully equipped kitchen, working dishwasher, washer and dryer.

The host was great. The stay was great except the property really needs some work done on the inside as some of the wood around the door frames was loose and in the main closet. There was roaches running around also. We've also never stayed any where before where we were required to start the laundry and take our trash to the trash can that was out by the main road.

Very nice home away from home. A couple notes: The clothes washer only had hot water going to it, but since the water wasn't super hot, it worked for washing clothes. But, it was just warm enough for a shower, so cold water to washer and hotter water for the shower would have been nice. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay and a good value.

We enjoyed our stay in Moultrie. the beds were comfotable and the yard was nice for our dog.It was just right for myself, husband and son.
