*No elevator, steps required to enter house.

*Pool Heat is not available.

*Four parking spaces provided.

*Garage is not available for parking.

*No motorcycles, trailers, campers, ect.

* We have a minimum renter age of 30 and guest 30 or older must be staying on property at all times.

*This is a non-smoking property.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am. Early check-in/check-out unavailable. No exceptions.

*Outdoor pool is open year round.

*Keurig and drip coffee makers located in the kitchen.

Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $69 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Note: Home is currently for sale. If there is a showing during your stay, you will be notified and a licensed Realtor will be there and lock up when they leave. Showings only take about 5-10 minutes, and you are welcome to be in the home or out of the home - just go about your vacation as usual!



House Rules (Violations will result in immediate eviction without any refunds).

PHOTO ID MATCHING THE NAME OF THE GUEST IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ID MATCHING THE GUEST NAME. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY.

1. Minimum renter age 30. Renter age 30 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.

2. No Smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support/therapy animals.

6. Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles. No parking in the Yard, on the Street, or neighboring properties. No motorcycles, boats, jet skies, trailers, camper vans, or tents.

7. No Fireworks.

8. No loud music inside the house or the garage (that can be heard outside) or outside in the pool and front yard areas to include from vehicles in the driveway.

9. No parties or events with any individuals who are not part of the Rental Group.

10. Observe “Quiet Hours” from 10 PM to 8AM inside and outside the house to include the Pool Area.

11. No vehicle maintenance or repair on the property without prior approval.

12. Police responding to Renters “Disturbing the Peace,” trespassing into neighbor's yards, or physical confrontations.

13. No bringing grills grills or fryers to the property (includes turkey fryers - these are a fire hazard and always spill grease on the concrete - very costly and time consuming to clean)

Violation of rules can result in eviction without refund and additional fines of up to $600.

14. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
