This spacious 4 Bedroom and 3 Bath unit can accommodate your family of 10 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in bedroom 2, 1 Queen in bedroom 3, 2 Twins in bedroom 4 and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

This nicely decorated 2nd floor condo offers a large oceanfront balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 Flat screen cable TV's (47" flat screen in living room and 32" in bedrooms), 3 DVD's, a washer/dryer and a jacuzzi tub and separate shower in master bathroom.

Beach Club II amenities include a oceanfront outdoor pool, a street side pool which is heated in April and October, a large sundeck, nice grill facilities, outside showers, elevators, plenty of overflow parking across the street and free Wi-Fi. Large condo with plenty of space for 5 adults. Property is well-kept; pool deck cleaned and arranged every night; landscaping kept very nicely. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony; short walk to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Management responds quickly to maintenance requests (ours were very minor).

The property is next to the beach and a short drive from the fishing pier, jet ski rentals, and nice restaurants.The view was fantastic.The kitchen and bathrooms are dated, however, clean. It had only a minimal amount of cooking utensils, so if you plan to cook, plan to pack from home or buy locally. It had pots and pans, but the utensils weren’t the greatest. If you plan to make smoothies or Tex-Mex, bring your own blender. The blender wouldn’t purĂ©e anything. Each room had a flatscreen and the Wi-Fi worked great. The handle and latch for the sliding glass door to the small deck was broken and didn’t lock. Would I stay again, absolutely. A

Great location and property. The unit itself is outdated and lacks a deeper cleanliness than ones we have stayed in previously. It suited our needs and had a good layout but needs some attention on the interior.

Resting on the beach with side of family time.

Anyone looking for a great location to beach and spacious rental to spend family time should be absolutely fine with this rental. Five-minute walk to beach, 5-minute drive to grocery and numerous great places to eat.

A+ for spaciousness. A+ for balcony view of ocean, and pool. A+ for proximity to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. A+ for kitchen and laundry appliances. Upon our arrival the towel bar in the master bathroom was lying on the back of the jacuzzi tub. Everything was clean except the carpets which I reported upon departure. You may want to report anything like this to the rental company when you arrive. They charged me a $49 damage fee. Now, about the kitchen: the top bar in the fridge was missing, making it useless to store food there. There is a ton of cabinet space for storage and, everything is white including the counter tops. Coffee maker is a Mr. Coffee brand drip. If you plan to cook meals in this kitchen you may want to bring or buy the following: your chef’s knives, scissors, pots, pans, skillets, and a good can opener. The only things I found useful cooking was a drawer full of utensils, and a pizza pan I used to bake biscuits on. I didn’t plan to cook a lot on this trip but, a decent knife to slice a tomato would have been nice. The bedroom with the queen bed and private bath- there’s a trash bag covering the window facing the entrance. Thought my kids were going to have to draw straws for the other room. It’s hard to find an affordable oceanfront property suitable for our family of ten to stay together under one roof. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us. We did enjoy it.

Best vacation ever!

Loved everything! Condo was perfect and so convenient to activities, literally across the street from barefoot landing complex! Great location

We really liked the condo and the location is great regarding the beach not too crowded. Plenty of parking, close to restaurants and shopping (barefoot landing). No big deal complaints are the HVAC is quite loud and some of the caulking behind the kitchen sink and in the master shower could be replaced. We definitely will be back if we need a 3 or 4 bedroom beachfront condo again.

Very Nice Condo. Beautiful Ocean View.

We enjoyed the condo and our stay. Glad to have a 4 bedroom condo. They are harder to find. Maintenance was very responsive. Clean property. Great location. The beds could be a little more comfortable but when you travel they are never as comfy as home. I would also recommend upgrading the key situation to a keyless and eliminating going to a different location to pick up / drop off keys. I always worry that the locks could be the same for many guests and I don't like that. Other than that it was all good.

I absolutely loved this property! I honestly don't have any complaints. Everything exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the quietness of the area. I loved the sitting areas on the balcony and the living room. The kitchen could use more dishes and appliances. It was disappointing that there was no toaster or Keurig. The place was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable but over all the visit was great!

The property is very dated, it could definitely use some upgrades. The TVs weren’t working our first night but they did get maintenance out to fix them the next day. We made it work but we wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

The condo was very old and rundown

The shower in the master bath had a large amount of soap scum. The ceiling in the master bath was chiping and peeling. It looked like there was blood on the light switch in the master bedroom closet. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. There was no sponge, garbage bags and no foil or parchment paper. Cabinets were dirty as well as the pots and pans. We will not stay here again.
