Building Work Scheduled - December 6th until April 1st. There will be noise during business hours 5 days a week. Balconies may be closed for use at times.

Sedgefield North offers oceanfront North Myrtle Beach condos from THOMAS Beach Vacations.

Choose the comfortable accommodations at this five-story resort, where you can watch spectacular sunrises from your private oceanfront balcony. These three-bedroom North Myrtle Beach condominiums have three full baths and are spacious enough for large families or for several couples to share.

Relax on the poolside sundeck, refresh in the outdoor swimming pool, or stroll across the dunes to the surf and beach of Cherry Grove. Each condo has a full kitchen and a comfortably furnished living area. The north-end location provides a more naturally secluded setting and less traffic.

Enjoy a pleasant beachfront winter this year. Attractive off-season monthly rates are available at some condos from November through March. Free Wi-Fi is available for convenient connections. Accommodations and balconies are non-smoking. Motorcycles are not permitted.

Do not stay there

Do not recommend staying here!! Elevators was out of service the entire week with no ideal when it would be fixed. We stayed on the fourth floor so going up the stairs all day everyday was horrible. By the 7th day everyone was sore and could barely walk.. We stayed in the room in the evenings to keep from having to make the trip up and down the stairs. We went thur Thomas Vacation we will not use again. They gave me part of my money back but the Supervisor told my it’s really not their problem. Worst vacation our family of 8 has every taken.. The locals that live there are older so we helped them as much as we could. If your back and legs are valuable to you stay somewhere else!

Great spot on the ocean!

This property has three bedrooms and bathrooms which makes it a great place to come for a family trip or girls’ weekend. Almost to the end of the point and right on the ocean so it has great views!

No elevator service

How can you have property with an elevator and the elevator does not work and no one comes to repair it? Seriously, there were two members of our party that have medical issues that prevent them from using stairs. One of the issues was major heart problems. I tried 5 different ways to contact someone about repairing the elevators to no avail. We do not appreciate the lack of concern the property owners/managers showed by not responding. There were many others in the building that were not happy as well. We know because we spoke with them while we were having to use the stairs. When you advertise a property to rent that had multiple floors and there is an elevator, that elevator is supposed to function the entire time, holidays are NO exception. Would anyone have cared if my friend had a heart attack and died on those stairs? That was a major concern of ours. We do not want to return obviously for these reasons. We respectfully request part of our rental money to be refunded. We paid for elevator service and did not get it.

Perfect for what we were wanting

Check In was easy and the property is in a great location. The building itself is a little outdated but I believe they are currently working on that. The condo was clean and well decorated and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us. We booked it for a week in December and there was hardly anyone around which was great because the place was quiet and the beach wasn't crowded. Because of it's location and affordability we would book again!

We were missing towels and a king sheet for our stay. Thomas beach rental didn’t have our keys ready. Had a few more complications but once we got a hold of someone they fixed it.

Thankful

My husband and I had to unexpectedly cancel our trip and the property managers and owners were very understanding. I was so shocked and thankful for how everything was handled. We will have 3 kids ages 3 and under soon and never had a Honeymoon. This was a highly anticipated trip for ourselves. We were extremely sad to cancel and we will definitely be rescheduling!
