This newly constructed, 3-story ocean estate stands 18 feet above sea level and spans an astounding 15,000 square feet. All 11 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms were meticulously designed with lavish fixtures and designer furnishings.

Upon entering through the grand entryway, you'll be greeted with elevated panoramic ocean views that will leave you breathless. The villa's open floor plan, punctuated with eleven-foot ceilings and a stunning blue granite accent wall, offers seamless flow from the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

The villa's 11-bedroom suites are spread across 3 stories with 2 on the main level, 6 on the upper level, and 3 on the lower level.

A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. For rental cars, we recommend Budget, Marshalls, or Hertz.

*** BEACH NOTES ***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public, since the Crown extends to the high-water mark. Be advised that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.

*** OCEAN DEBRIS & SARGASSUM SEAWEED ***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.

Family Getaway.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our family trip that included our 9 grandchildren. The house, management & staff were all exceptional! Located on the northern side, it was peaceful & quiet, but minutes away from all the major attractions. I would highly recommend this beautiful home.
