Great for families. 5* Secluded house a short walk from unspoilt sandy beaches.

A large comfortable house on the beautiful Norfolk coast sleeping 10/11 in 5 bedrooms. Wonderful views over the fields and dunes. Safe enclosed garden. Perfect for family or friendship groups. Dog friendly. Option to hire a hot tub and really pamper yourselves. Miles of sandy beach just a short walk from the house with a huge colony of seals. Sea Palling has a pub a shop and a number of cafes. It's a lovely place for a break.
Norfolk is fabulous for bird watching and close to the Norfolk Broads where you can find a whole range of boating activities. Three of our rooms can be superking or twin rooms and we also have two further doubles. One superking/twin room and one bathroom is downstairs. We live close by and will be on hand to make sure you have everything you need.

Fabulous for all
Wonderful house in a perfect location. The whole family had a great time - brilliant well-equipped house, big garden ideal for playing in and sitting out in the evening watching the sunset across the fields. 10 mins walk to the sandy beach and then long walks to Waxham Sands to see the seals. Great coffee and cafe at Waxham Barn and wonderful pub lunch at The Nelson Head after swimming at Winterton-on-sea, another fantastic sandy beach. All in all a brilliant holiday.

We enjoyed our stay meeting up with french friends. Easy check in, great communication, including getting us some more firewood within the hour! Clean and comfortable everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Thoroughly recommend

Superb for our stay
Perfect location to walk to the beach and plenty of space for the children to explore outside. The owners had thought of everything we needed and communication was excellent before our stay. We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend!

Family fun in Norfolk
Lovely large, exceptionally clean, house that accommodated 11 of us comfortably. The large garden was a great hit with the children as was watching the cows & farmer with tractor in the fields next to the property. A beautiful quiet spot. A 10 minute walk to the beach & great play ground. We had a few days out exploring but all were happy to stay around Sea Palling with all it had to offer. We will be back thank you.

Perfect, relaxing break
The property is spacious and well equipped in a lovely quiet location. Large garden and patio overlooking fields. The perfect location for exploring the Norfolk coast. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Mimi cottage
What a fabulous week we have had at Mimi cottage. A beautiful well equipped cottage in a lovely location 5 minutes from the beach and sea. The cottage has everything you could possibly need to make it a home from home.

Mimi Cottage
Easy to book, cottage as listed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Good communication with owners (Bill and Lindsay) who are very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. We loved the walks along the beach located 10 minute walk away. Bentley and Rosie (our Westies) rate Mimi Cottage as Pawsome 🐾
