Villa Esmeralda One (Istria - Novigrad)

Villa Esmeralda I is a modern holiday home with a swimming pool in Novigrad. It is a completely private two-storey house that offers its guests a swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, seating, a parking space and a barbecue.Culture lovers can visit the Municipal Gallery and the Lapidarium Museum, which preserves an important collection of works of art and archaeological artefacts. For active holidaymakers, Novigrad offers numerous water sports on the coast or the opportunity to explore the surrounding green landscape by bike or on foot.Villa Esmeralda I consists of a ground floor with a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a sofa bed. On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.Villa Esmeralda I and Villa Esmeralda II can only be rented separately to guests. Group bookings are not permitted.Note: New houses have been built in front of and next to Villas Esmeralda I and II, changing the surroundings compared to the photos taken at the beginning of 2024. The villas still offer top-notch comfort, but the environment now provides less open views and privacy.
