Fountains and garden oasis at the beach. Beautifully maintained beach front property. Our condo is in building 4 on the main floor. No stairs and no elevator. Condo has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. The second bathroom has a laundry area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and cooking utensils to make any meal from simple to gourmet. There is a new Maytag dishwasher for quick clean up. The water is filtered so is drinkable. The bedrooms have AC and comfy beds with new bedding for a great night sleep. There is a large relaxing patio with a ceiling fan for the quiet moments to sit and read a book, enjoy the beautiful gardens, listen to the fountain, watch the boats on the water, or enjoy the sound of the ocean waves. The main pool is heated with a shallow end and a deep end for all kinds of fun for everyone. The hot tub is a great place to relax and meet new friends. The amazing beach has lots of palapas and lounge chairs. The water is shallow for a long ways out, so perfect for the kids and the kids at heart to play in the surf, making sand castles or boogie boarding. Across the street is a new state of the art hospital. Located behind the hospital is a farmers market every Tuesday. A five minute walk takes you to a shopping mall with LOTS of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Behind this mall is the Marina with water taxis to Puerto Vallarta. This is definitely the beautiful scenic route to town. A 10-15 minute taxi ride in the other direction takes you to the quaint little town of Buccerias. Here there are lots of great restaurants, shops, and art galleries. You will never run out of things to do. You decide how busy you want to be.

A 100% refund is provided for travelers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. VRBO Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
The property is Non-smoking. You are responsible for your own safety while at the property. There are no life guards on duty at the beach or the pools. There is 24hr security. There is a safe in the unit. You will receive arrival, departure, and property information once you have booked your vacation.
