Check-in was smooth and refreshingly simple—just punch in a code and voilà, you’re in. Our top-floor room had three beds, which was great. The bathroom, however, could best be described as “efficient”, calling it small would be generous. The biggest downside was the street noise, which made itself well known. That said, everything else was fantastic. The location, right by the train station and close to the city, more than made up for it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and functional rooms. The only problem is a lack of secure luggage storage - if youre going to enforce a strict checkin time of 3pm, you need to provide secure luggage storage for early arrivals.

The room was nice with a good bathroom. The location to the Christmas markets was perfect as well. The breakfast at $14 euros/pp was worth it although there is a Der Becks a couple of places down.

Stay was pleasant.. on leaving staff were very helpful allowing baggage to be stored safely for 9 hours even allowing myself and my son to sit in foyer for couple hours before leaving

Good location. However, the bathroom smelled like sewage. We told the staff the next morning and they said they would look into it during the day. It had the same sewage odor when we came back at night. We kept the door close and it prevented the rest of the room from smelling. There was clearly a problem with the vent in the bathroom that was working non stop
