When you arrive to our house, you will get all the access to 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1 story single family house. You will experience the sense of being at your own home. Waking up in the morning, you will feel the fresh air of the neighborhood and calmness in the backyard while enjoying your tea or coffee while staring at the swimming pool.

Our house has a living room with a very cozy sofa, 4K Smart TV for your movie night enjoyment with family, and a fully equipped kitchen with Instant pot, personal blender, etc. Also, a bonus living room with accent chairs and electric fireplace. The house also has a washer and dryer and cozy backyard swimming pool for you and your family enjoyment! Not to mention, your little kids as well :)

When you book this place, you will get all these so why not come stay with us!

** There will be a lawn maintenance every other Fridays and Swimming Pool maintenance on Saturdays. We will coordinate and let you know if you happen to stay in those days**

** Pool is NOT heated but will be open all season.**

**Please do not throw anything into the swimming pool, extra cleaning time charges will apply**

** Our space have a 2 week maximum stay in order to maintain the pool and have a comfortable stay for our guests. Please be in mind of this and booking more than that, will be cancelled**

We provide fans during the summer time. House has no Air Conditioner since bay area especially Hayward weather mostly pleasant.

We do have cameras outside of the house for safety and security and one on the backyard as this is required by our insurance for all the pool owners. Thank you for your understanding.

We were grateful to have a safe and clean house where we could spend the holidays with nearby family.The house was clean, the hosts were super nice and quick to respond. The neighborhood was quaint and felt safe even at night. Our kids enjoyed the backyard and had some space to stretch out.One tip, if you like to cook, like we do, bring your own big pots and pans, sharp knives and a fold out dining table and chairs for family style meals. Oven worked great, the stove was quirky.They did have great appliances like toaster overs, air fryer and rice cooker - so that was nice!

charming well appointed home in a very comfortable safe feeling neighborhood. comfortable furnishings and beds and all the comforts of home. very sweet back yard area with seating separate from pool area. pool is very nice although since its not heated we were not able to really use it since we weren't there during the peak heat of the day mornings and evenings were to cold to use the pool

Nice Accomodations

This is a nice home in a safe, comfortable neighborhood with a very amenable host. We found nothing lacking regarding amenities, and, in fact, there’s more than typically provided. The back patio and pool area have a special ambience in the evening with all the twinkle lights, which just enhanced our overall experience. Also, we had the best Italian Cappuccino at Eon the morning we left! Try it - you won’t be disappointed. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thank you.
