MID TOWN OC SLEEPS 10 The Perfect Beach Getaway for you and your family. The Adagio is located ocean side, just steps from the beach, in convenient midtown Ocean City MD. The well maintained & well equipped unit features 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the private balcony. The Adagio is close to & in walking distance to many of Ocean City's favorite restaurants & night life. Also , conveniently located just North of the Convention Center. The building also features a beautiful indoor pool complete with hot tub for the adults. Perfect for those rainy days. 2 parking spaces included, plus plenty of additional parking all around. The building also includes an elevator.
Come enjoy your beach vacation here, you wont be disappointed! ALL RENTERS MUST BE 30 & OVER unless children, accompanied by parents/grandparents. NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS. Please don’t waste your/our time by asking. Pets are NOT permitted, HOA rules, we cannot make exceptions.

Beautiful condo and the location were perfect. Walking distance to the beach. The place was comfortable and well decorated. Wheelchair accessibility was great. Communication was excellent and quick with answering any questions we had. Would definitely book the same place if available for next year.

This is a nice place to stay with easy walk to the beach as advertised, owners comminicated well and let us know about minor issues on the property, none of which affected our stay in any particular fashion. Only main issue i had was in the cleanliness of the unit. Floors dont appear to have properly cleaned which made walking barefoot end up having the soles of my feet turn black within hours of entering the first time. Under the bed is massive cobwebs showing no one has cleaned under the bed in likely months. Understand that beach properties can be a bit dirtier, then this is a lovely stay.

Oceans Calling weekend

This condo was absolutely perfect. We stayed for the Oceans Calling festival weekend. Sitting out on the balcony was great, with a nice view of the ocean. The condo was very spacious for 8 of us, with 3 full bathrooms and a nice, big kitchen that had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Country Calling

We stayed here to go to a local country music festival. The condo was very nice and was definitely as advertised. We loved spending time on the balcony. We were a group of 7 ladies and the condo was perfectly sized for us. We didn’t receive info about the outside doors and elevators to the condo in advance but we called the owners and they immediately helped us out. I would stay here again!

Perfect Beach house

The property was very clean and in a perfect location. We will definitely be back! We loved that every room had their own separate bathroom. The only two things that someone might want to be aware of is if you are counting the pull out couch as a bed you might not want to. The mattress is very thin and to uncomfortable to sleep on. The other is nothing to do with the home ,and totally out of anyone’s control but every night there was screaming and partying outside until 3 or 4 in the morning every night and some of the other houses in the building had people that would be in their deck just screaming and having a good time. Which is expected at the beach but we did get woke up a few times every night.

A Fantastic Weekend in OCM

I can't recommend this property more. The place was clean, matched the pictures, and was in an excellent location for both beach access and the places on Coastal Highway. The Hosts, Melanie and David, were very accommodating and easy to work with; they were clear with what was provided, what wasn't, the rules for the house, and how everything worked. A+ all around!

Always a great space

We love to book this condo when we go to OC. It is steps from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. The condo has a lot of space with a nice balcony to sit and look at the ocean. You may need to drive to the Boardwalk if that is your interest but we tend to only go once during a trip, so it isn’t important to us. All in all very relaxing!

First time in Ocean City

We came here for the "Oceans Calling" festival. First time in Ocean City. Beautiful condo, very clean, great view to the ocean. Nice having 3 bathrooms with 3 bedrooms. The balcony was a great spot to relax. The hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely come back!

Cannot do better!

Place was spacious, clean, and beautiful. We comfortably fit 10 people (4 adults, 4 kids, 2 infants) and didn't even have to use the pull out. Right on the beach and a short drive or all of the OC MD attractions. The hosts were super accommodating. My family and I were driving to OC MD when we learned that another place we had booked was cancelled due to scheduling mix up. We contacted the hosts and they got back to us right away and were able to help us book their place that same day. They went over and above. We were very grateful and had a great time! Highly recommended and we'll be staying here again!
