Beautiful 3 bedroom. 3 bath condo in South Beach with a large balcony overlooking the beach and boardwalk! Enjoy this stunning condo located in the desirable 7th Street location. South Beach offers luxury condos in a secure building featuring indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness room, 2 secure parking spots, and elevators. The condo features all of the comforts of home, including a TV in the living area and in each bedroom, WIFI and a full kitchen.
Bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and 2 single beds in bedroom three. and a queen-size sleep sofa in the living area.
Guest supplies all soaps and paper products.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off-season. Sheets and towels provided.
The unit also provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. Indoor pool closed January 2 to April 1.
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please
The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
