Not having your beds made and towels/clothes already included and ready for you is crazy. And having to pay extra just to include those nd having them dropped it off for us to make beds and put towels away, is ridiculous. The contract is like signing away your whole life no protect for the renter and you dont get to read it until after you pay for the rental then no refund if you dont agree with the contract after having time to read the whole drawn out long page after page document. If this is how OC area home rentals work we will just stay in a hotel, next time and save money, time and be on the actual beach. Other than that we had problems hearing the people above us walking around. Ceiling must be thin we dont usually have that problem in hotels.Also we didnt like all the requirements to pretty much do the maids job. Dump trash cans, strip beds put in a bag leave by door, wash dishes, everything but sweep and mop. Also they require you to check in down the street to get the keys. You would think they would be more modern and save us time by just using a lock box at the home to put the key in or a lock with a key pad like all the other homes we have stayed in have. Also when you check out you have to run back to them to give them keys and pass. Why not just have us leave the stuff at the house and have the cleaning people take it to the office. We are suppose to be on vacation this felt like work. The showers go cold and hot while showering and one is loud.
