Beautifully appointed with decorator furnishings and designed for comfort, this spacious unit offers every convenience, including free WiFi, four TVs, a DVD player, central A/C, and parking for two vehicles. Ideally located just a short walk from the beach and close to popular restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, this condo is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Guests can also take advantage of the rooftop pool and exercise room—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Occupancy is limited to 8 guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere in the condo, building, or on the property. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.

We attended Oceans Calling and it was great to have the shuttle bus stop fight across from the building. The condo was great with that huge deck and three full baths. Would stay there again!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend Girls' Trip. It was conveniently located to restaurants and the bus stop. The condo was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the large wrap around balcony. Well definitely be coming back.

Fantastic Week at Laid Back.

T&C, we can't thank you enough for allowing us to share your beautiful OCMD beach home with our family and friends. Your home afforded all of us a tremendous amount of space, security and comfort, exactly what we had hoped for. The photos posted on the VBRO site do not show how magnificent your property really is. Your home is beautifully decorated and well maintained that adds to the comforts of paradise. Location is well situated for plenty of activities, eateries and fun. First family vaction with adult children/spouses and grandchild

This condo was very spacious and comfy for our party of 6. Jetted tub in the master bath was a huge hit with our 2 1/2 grandson. Overall experience was 10/10. Can't wait for next year!!!

Great Place to stay in Ocean City, Maryland

My friends and I spent a few days at the condo. We have so many memories from the beach and time spent at the Condo. We are over 60, so it was wonderful to have a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants within walking distance for us and all the conveniences of home and more. We loved it and will return soon I hope! .

Awesome vacation spot!

Great home away from home! My family stayed here for a week. We couldn't ask for a better location or house. House was immaculate with great ocean and bay views. Wrap around desk is awesome for day and night watching and just hanging out. Also close to many local spots. We would recommend staying at this condo. We promise you won't be disappointed!!

A lot of bang for your Buck$

We are somewhat frequent travelers to OC Md. The past few years we noticed hotel prices were going up and the quality and cleanliness were diminishing. We could not ask for a better place to stay. We were in town for a business conference. The condo is an easy walk to the convention center, the beach, and many terrific restaurants. We were amazed at the size of the condo, the amount of natural light, and the cleanliness. The photos are an accurate representation of the quality you will experience. I would highly recommend this property to others...(just not my week :-) )

Magnificent Ocean and Bay Views

My family vacationed here in August and had a wonderful time. The condo was extremely clean. It was tastefully decorated and had lots of natural light inside. The living room very comfortable and cozy which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen had a large table and chairs with additional stools for the kitchen bar counter- more than enough to accommodate our family. On the outside balcony, you look to the right and see the bay, look to the left and view the ocean- Beautiful!! Just steps to the beach which was also very clean. Parking deck felt safe and elevator made it easy to bring everything we needed for the beach. Rooftop pool was great way to wind down after a day at the beach. Owners were very accommodating and this condo had everything we needed. Relaxing, beautiful views, comfortable condo- we couldn't ask for more! We loved this condo, and definately plan on staying here again!

Great Place to Stay!

My friends and I stayed here over Memorial Day recently and the place was fantastic. The owner and the rental agency were accommodating and professional. The location is central to OC and made it easy to get to local attractions. Inside the condo was spacious, clean, and had tons of amenities. We also used the pool and the fitness center. We are definitely coming back.
