STR Guest Responsibilities:
1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.
2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).
3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm.
4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am.

Lots of charm - great location

The best part of this rental was the location. The jacuzzi on top of the place was also clean and perfect temperature. The couches in the living room may look uncomfortable in the pictures, but in person they were very comfy and it was convenient that they could be made into beds.

We had a great stay. The rooftop lounge area was private & incredible. The hot tub is a nice touch. The sound of the ocean during a beautiful sunset was priceless. Exceeding Expectations!

We enjoyed a great extended weekend at this property. Awesome experience

We loved this property. It was everything we thought it'd be and more. It's a block from the beach and within walking distance to several fantastic restaurants and the harbour. We especially loved the rooftop bar and hot tub. It was very relaxing with a great view of the ocean. The property was well stocked and the property manager Tim was friendly and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful week and loved many things about our stay! We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the upper deck with the view of the ocean. The hot tub was so relaxing and a great way to start or end our day. Everyone had plenty of space and it fit our family of 10 perfectly. Great location and the house had everything we needed from a washer and dryer to boogie boards, beach umbrellas and a kitchen that was easy to cook meals in. We loved it!

We stayed in Oceanside for a week and it was WONDERFUL!! Tim, the property manager, was so helpful and communicative with us. We couldn't have asked for better! Pictures of property and amenities were exactly as they appeared on the website. Beds were very comfy and there was plenty of towels. Washer and dryer were very easy to get to and we took advantage so we didn't go home and have to do laundry. The grill was used one night and it was VERY clean and easy to use. We all enjoyed the hot tub! Everything was perfect and we loved everything about the experience. We'll definitely stay here again if we get back to California in the future. Thanks so much, Tim!!

Property was great. Loved the upper deck. Plenty of space inside, very clean and had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. it is a short distance to the ocean but not near a sandy beach. Towards the pier is a beach area with playgrounds not too far away. I appreciated the Manager providing an overview of the place no guess work required.

Great stay

This was a great property in Oceanside. Rooftop deck and hot tub were definitely a bonus. It has good space. They had 3 boogie boards, several beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys to use. Property managers were very accommodating and helpful. Only downsides are that it is right across from the railroad track so there is some noise and the waterfront closest to the property is large rocks so we loaded up the car and drove to the beach. I would stay there again.

The home is multi level and very nice. The property manager met us there to show us everything and give us keys and garage remote. It does only have one parking spot in the garage and the rest is on the street. it is very close to the beach. the home comes with beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas, and sand toys which was awesome. the kitchen is fully stocked with all pots pans and utensils. has a nice dining area. and a beautiful rooftop patio with the jacuzzi which was perfect for evening sunsets.

Great family beach house

The house is great! Aside from trains going by often (and honking- you really do get used to it!), it’s a perfect location. Super close to the beach- you can walk there easily and hear waves at night from the rooftop deck. There is plenty of towels and bedding for the spaces. We used the futons as beds and they were comfortable. Tim is super nice and helpful. He and his wife are responsive too! They are close by to help with things if needed. Overall, a great stay in a great house. Perfect for family with teens!

Nice beach house

Good experience overall. Tim was very attentive. First level is a huge garage to park your car, and also to wash your clothes. A “hose off” area is off the garage to get the sand off. Beach chairs and other items to use are in great condition. There are a lot of stairs...2nd level is living area, 3rd level are bedrooms, 4th level is the roof with hot tub and ocean view. WiFi was out all week due to construction down the street. The refrigerator kept our items “cool” rather than cold. Many places at the beach don’t have AC but this place did, which made things very comfortable. Since the place is about 2-3’s of a mile south of the pier, there is a bit of a walk to get to a beach area for the kids to play in the sand.

The property is clean and a good location. However, you are not renting an air conditioned unit! This is what I was told by the manager. There is a lock on the thermostat and when I requested it to be lowered because we were literally sweating they reduced the temp by 2 degrees and gave a stern message. The garage remote didn't work, the master bathroom toilet handle was broke, and some other minor issues that my dad actually fixed like the leaking kitchen sink. I could've reported them but after the reaction I got about the temp I didn't want to bring them up. The home is aesthetically very pleasing and the beach is very close. But there were times I felt like an unwanted house guest rather than a valued customer.

Excellent view and proximity

Great property with close proximity to the beach front and pier. The view and jacuzzi on this property are unique and the major selling point IMO - few other properties in the area can tout this and we took full advantage. Tim, the owner of the complex, is very thorough and kind. Part of the check in process is meeting with him as he walks you through the house, hardly a hastle in the least, it was incredibly helpful. Tons of beach equipment and beach towels provided. The garage fit our suburban just fine. We had a great time - thank you!
