Terrible service. The manager tried to charge me for a stained towel or sheet more than what the price of the room was an in addition to my deposit that I already paid. There was no proof it came from me due to towels from all rooms being put in a basket when housekeeping comes to clean. No policy was shown to me that guests are responsible for stained towels or a price list for charging guests. additionally, the property isnt safe. My door was showing signs of entry and would not close.
