The host Bobby was great at communicating and answering my questions. And the home was super cute and very clean. And just down the road from a boat ramp. We will definitley be coming back to this property.
Kitchen, has all the dishes pots and pan. Has a crickpot and even has a Keurig !!
Cute back patio with a pellet grill bring your own pellets. .

Diamond in the rough!

What a great place to stay! The property has been updated and was clean and about 5 minutes from two different boat ramps on Caddo Lake. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat. Highly recommend!

Bring a boat!

Pros: The cabin was adorably decorated and very clean! Beds were super comfortable with new mattresses. Lots of extras, including seasonings and some condiments left in the fridge. Pellet grill was already stocked with pellets and ready to use. Wifi worked well, cell service was good, and TVs were provided in living room and all three bedrooms. Cushions were available for the two outside chairs. Amazing gas stove!! (One of my favorite parts) Cons: Yard was very overgrown due to standing water making it impossible to mow, so we couldn't' do any outside activities. View of the water was by way of other private property. There was no actual access to the water. Without a boat, there was no way to enjoy the lake. The park down the street had signs saying "no fishing" at any of the piers. There was no firepit or other good place to have an outdoor fire. We made smores over the stove because of this. Do NOT open the door for more than a couple seconds after dark!!! On the first night, we opted to move the outside chairs to the carport because the step up onto the rear deck was difficult for my elderly mother. We had the door open long enough to bring a chair through the house to the front and were SWARMED with large gnats. We spent over half an hour killing them all.
