The location of this house and its historical charm are the biggest reasons to stay here. It is 1 BLOCK from the Paseo, where there are shops, bars and restaurants. The house is historic and charming. So, if you are looking for a newer place with the amenities that usually accompany such a place...this is not the house for you. BUT, if you can appreciate a great location and the charm that comes with an older home (awesome front porch and swing for example)...Casa del Paseo is a great choice.There were a few suggestions that I left for the management company that I won't mention here...because they are small details...but I will say that Will and his crew were VERY responsive. Even switching weekends for me after a nasty ice storm ruined our original plans! Enough can't be said for how kind and accommodating they were! C

The house is absolutely adorable! Very clean, great neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and things to do in the city. We had a girl’s weekend and loved every minute of it. We asked for an extended check out time and that was a breeze. The manager was an absolute dream to work with. Highly recommend and will stay there again

Nice House, Painful Runaround, Finally Solved

The house is nicely decorated and well equipped. The HVAC works (better than the last house.) The connection was bumpy. The owner would not release information before the day of arrival. Of course, we're in traveling by then, so that's a bit difficult. When we arrived, it was sweltering. The code did not work. After 20 minutes of trying, we texted the contact number listed. There was no response for an hour. Then we were given another code. It didn't work either. Then we were given another code. It didn't work either. Finally, they told us of a key, hidden on site and we got in the back door. By then we and the grandchildren were limp rags. Finally, finally, they gave us a fourth code, which worked for the rest of the stay. The owners eventually apologized and we enjoyed the stay. The house is very nice. The owner should release information earlier and make sure someone is available, at least by phone, at the scheduled check in time.

Such a streamlined great experience..

The property was even better than it looked online so many personal touches that really made it special like markers and coloring books of board games, coffee. It was just a wonderful month and we will definitely be working with these guys again you can’t get any easier of a great experience
