Staff was friendly. The room was old but mostly updated. Mattress is foam. Pillows slightly subpar. Room could have been cleaned more (i had to wipe fown the toilet seat and remove an old coffee filter). Location was a bit odd but convenient and quiet.

The area did not seem safe. The room was just alright but the bathroom was gross. Not clean and needed to be totally redone. The staff was friendly

After checking into room, we realized the sink did not drain. Front Office staff said no maintenance staff was on duty so we would have to move rooms. We didn’t want to move rooms so I asked for a plunger to work on the issue myself. I got the sink to drain. 😎 Both mornings, upon entering the breakfast area, the front office staff greeted us by saying that we were welcome to enjoy whatever was left because we were late. Both days we arrived at least 15 minutes before the breakfast ended at 9:30am. We were NOT late. We did enjoy breakfast both days and felt the options were good. The breakfast was good but the staff’s comments were unwelcoming. 😕 It seemed like a number of rooms were occupied by long term rentals-lots of small groups of people gathering outside their rooms somewhat blocking access to the walkway.
