Located by the sea on the beautiful Ira beach Bay, this apartment is part of a renowned emerald coast resort in Porto Rotondo. The living room leads to a terrace overlooking the bay and the isle of Mortorio. There are two sofas that are also two and comfortable single beds and a fully equipped kitchen area with the dining table, a dishwasher and a microwave. The flat has a doble bedroom and a bathroom with shower and window. The resort is made of granite bricks, so the apartment is cool, but has also air conditioning, at an extra coast payable directly to the reception of the resort. The rental coast includes daily cleaning and change of lining. The apartment overlookes a beautiful green grass area and the swimming pool terrace with free sundeck chairs and umbrellas and a cozy bar with tables in a veranda, open till late and with no extra coasts of services at the table. The sandy beach is just a few meters away from the pool, with a private gate access. There no crossing of roads since the resort is just on the beach. In the evening there is the resort entertainment. To reach the resort from Olbia airport you can take a taxi. It takes abput 20’ and fares are around 40E. The check in is from 17:00 onwards from the 17th of June at the reception, open 24hrs. You will be asked to leave a deposit of E200 to cover against possible damages. This will be given back to you at the check out at 10:00 o’clock. Should you use the air conditioning, the running coast will be deduced from the deposit. You will also have the security codes for the gate giving access from the beach to the resort and a pass to enter the parking area with your car. The resort has a laundry area and a little food market where you can buy good quality food, including local fruit and vegetables. There is a daily shuttle bus that you can use for free to get to the centre of Porto Rotondo and back in 10’ (gourgeous atmosphere there) Otherwise you can walk there in 20’ and find all the services, a very good quality supermarket, bars, pastisseries, a very good fresh fish shop, a bank and a postoffice. 5 more minutes and you will be on the promenade of the yacht harbour with all the trendy bars, restaurants and shops. Porto Rotondo is a very safe place, with continuous security going aroud the village and the resort itself has a security guard at nightime. It is a perfect holiday for people of all ages, from young peaople to single adults and families with both teenagers and children.
