Where to Unwind
-The main floor offers a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom (shower and bathtub combination). A powder room is also located on the main floor.
-The upper level offers two bedrooms (one queen-size, one king-size) and a full bathroom (shower and bathtub combination) with hallway access. A loft overlooking the living room provides additional living space with a game table and games.
-The lower level offers a game room with a gas fireplace, 55" Smart TV, and custom-built log pool table; plus access to the covered deck with hot tub and sitting area—all with long-range mountain views.
-After dark, step outside for some of the best stargazing in the region. Perched above the valley light, the night sky here is a destination of its own.

Note: As of May 2026, Lake George is closed until further notice and off limits to boating, swimming, fishing, and pet use.
Getting Here: Plan to arrive during daylight hours for your first visit. The drive to this gorgeous cabin winds through steep mountain roads with some twists and turns, and the final stretch is a gravel road — having a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required. Guests consistently tell us the drive is part of the adventure, and that the views at the top make every twist worth it.
Please note: There is a Ring camera facing the driveway. No parking is allowed on roadways or at gate entrances. No RVs, boat trailers, camping trailers, or trailers of any kind are permitted in the Gateway Mountain Community.
