Family vacation 2021
The condo was disappointing because there were several things we had issue with. Mainly that the dishwasher didn’t work and also the lack of kitchen towels, and baking sheets, and no pot holders. I brought trash bags and such but didn’t
I would need to supply everything. The complex also had MAJOR issues with the elevators the entire stay (thur-sun) and we spent more than 20 min each time waiting on an elevator and for the majority of the stay only 1 of the 4 elevators were working. (People actually got stuck in them). This was our second time staying at a Phoenix complex. And our second time using Brett-robinson company. I’ll also say we booked they Vrbo and I’m disappointed in the duplicate fees they charged as well.
Other than these inconveniences our family enjoyed our vacation and will possibly book another stay at one of these properties again. Or at least at orange beach.

4th of July weekend stay
Condo was exactly as the pictures present. The room with the double beds were stiff and slightly uncomfortable. The dishwasher also did not close and would not run properly. Other than that we had a great time and would come back again. Location was great. 5 minutes from Publix and restaurants all close by. Ideal location for watching the 4th of July fireworks that were only two doors down.
