Nestled on the fifth floor, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom corner condo offers a spacious retreat for up to eight guests. Adorned with traditional island decor, this condo boasts a large wraparound balcony, perfect for savoring the breathtaking views of Terry Cove and Perdido Pass.

Interior: Inside, the tiled living area welcomes you with ample seating, including a sofa sleeper, and balcony access, accompanied by a flatscreen television for entertainment.

Each bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, with plush carpeting and flat screen televisions. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, armchair, balcony access, and an ensuite bath with a double-sink vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Beautiful stay with many issues

The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. Each bedroom was roomy, and with a large group, it's nice that each room had its own bath, as well as the hall half bath. We particularly appreciated the ample dining space and large kitchen. We were impressed that, for being informed that it would be a near-full weekend, there were plenty of parking spaces left at all hours of the day. That being said, there were several minor issues. Several light bulbs were out; we could never get the fixture over the dining room table to turn on. No matter how cold we kept the common areas, the bedrooms stayed very warm at all hours. We were told that the room included parking passes, then later informed that we would have to purchase them all. Then, someone told us that we would need to check in Phoenix on the Bay I, when in fact we just needed to go to the desk at Phoenix on the Bay II. The wi-fi was completely unprotected, even though we could see a protected signal labeled by our room number. Our checkout time was labeled at 10 in the morning; when one of our party went to pack their car at 9:30, they returned to find our room code had already stopped working at some point.

Perfect vacation ...except for two issuees!

The 3 bedroom, 4 bath unit was perfect so that each of our three families had privacy. The LR was large enough for family gatherings and the kitchen had everything we needed. We only had two issues - One of our issues was parking passes. We were told 2 parking passes came with our reservations but when we checked in, the parking passes were an additional, extremely high fee! The second issue was the man at the front desk who checked us in was very rude and argumentative. After saving all year for a family vacation, these two issues really started our vacation off on a sour note. Despite these issues, our families plan on staying in this unit again!

Family vacation

Condo was very spacious. We had 3 adults and 3 kids staying. 12 year old, 5 year old, and 10 month old. Our kids loved the pool area. The middle bedroom had some trash left in it, felt like the balcony furniture could have been a little better, the blinds were very hard to open probably just needs updating, the balcony door was VERY hard to open, and there were multiple bulbs out in the living/dining room area. But overall it was a great stay with also positives. Loved the puzzles in cabinet, living room furniture was very comfortable, and kitchen had everything needed. Also, loved the ice machine. Overall a great condo with minor improvements in my opinion.
