On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The listing was for accomodations for 11. One of the beds had been removed from the back room.
We really had a good time. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. We all have beautiful homes and I don't think any of us expected to find such beautiful decor in the condo. Our only hang-up was not enough beds, but we managed. At first I didn't think the floors were very clean, but after one day on the beach, I understood. This was my first time at a real beach. Keeping up with that fine sugar sand is a major challenge. You just have to learn to live with it. It gets everywhere. Over all we had a great time and none of us were ready to go home. We will be back!!!
We were not informed the indoor pool and hot tub would be closed for 2 months. Pest control had to come 4 times for cockroach's. My husband slipped and hurt his back chasing a cockroach and needed medical care. They would not compensate for his injury. Main tv only worked part time. After 2 tries the maintenance people gotit runn. We left 4 days early. No compensation. Worst vacation ever.
The space in the condo was even bigger than I expected, and the location was super convenient. We were able to just freely go from the beach or the pool to the condo back and forth on a whim, so we never had to worry about hauling our equipment with us. The condo is also at the edge of the building, so we didn't have to worry about lots of foot traffic from others and felt like our belongings we would leave outside were that much safer.
The place was very well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and cookware, as well as bath towels, pillows, and blankets. And the appliances were all great and convenient.
The only things I wished would be better were:
- more toilet paper supplied
- more paper towels supplied
- more trash bags supplies
- there was a leak from the hallway ceiling which we weren't made aware of, but property management had someone available to fix it after a day (we just threw a single towel down to soak up the water during our stay)
But as long as you plan around the few limited supplies, I highly recommend this listing.
Great value for a great unit. Super convenient parking and ground floor access. Unfortunately, this was during a time of crisis - however the staff worked hard to keep things clean and running smoothly. Small issue with the freezer needing to be defrosted and cleaned out - but all in all, we would rent this unit again.
We really enjoyed our time there. 3 generations and great memories made. We will definitely be back!
The only complaint I would have is parking. We had 3 families and only 2 parking passes.
