Phoenix East Condo on the 15th Floor! 2 Bedroom 2 Bath

This two bedroom and two bathroom condo is in a great location for your beach vacation. Your living and dining areas have floor to ceiling mirrors, and there are cozy seats for you to occupy when you relax and enjoy the flat screen television and the DVD player. The kitchen features a flat top stove, and all the cooking tools you need for preparing a meal or two. A pair of stools is at the breakfast bar and a glass dining table has multiple chairs, and the balcony also has a table and four chairs, so you can eat on the tiled balcony while contemplating the beautiful scenery. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a flat screen television, balcony access, and a bathroom with a sink, extended vanity counter and chair, and a combined bathtub and shower. A pair of queen-size beds is in the guest room, and there is also a flat screen television, and the bathroom offers a sink, vanity counter and a tub and shower combination.

Beautiful Condo and view of the beach

Property was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Maintenance needs to address the slow drain in the master bath sink.

Overall this is a pretty nice condo! Air worked great! Everybody was very helpful. The recliner is a little old. I would rather not have carpet in the bedroom. Only one of the bedrooms had carpet.

We were looking for a home and these came up!!! It really worked out well for our stay..

Very nice.. life is always interesting during this pandemic.. when trying to ask question whether calling or online not a lot of firm answers.. but once there it was fantastic.. elevators. Little slow w house keeping sharing. But minor in grand scheme.. there was always the stairs!

Very nice overall accommodations; 4 negatives: 1. the owners closet was not locked in the guest bedroom, 2. no hand or face towels for both bathrooms or kitchen towels were available when we arrived on Monday, June 15th. Had to wait till Tuesday, early evening to get them. 3. $55 surcharge for parking pass, never in the history of my staying at a Pheonix Condo (back to 1986) or any condo for that matter in Al or Fl did the condo charge to park. 4. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance most of the week. Overall, we had a very nice week. Well-appointed condo with a great view. Not sure we will return due to nickel and dime parking charge. Thanks for all the staff did to make the stay enjoyable.
