This fabulously furnished two bedroom and two full bathroom condo is ideal for your family during your beach vacation. You have easy access to the best shops, restaurants, and other fun places in this popular resort area. This condo has amazing views and lots of amenities, sleeps eight comfortably. It would be impossible to ask for more in a vacation residence. Our condo is very well furnished, great sitting, comfy armchairs, dual sit power leather recliner, a large fat screen television and sofa that provides three cozy seats in the living area which also makes out to a sleeper. All living room and dining room furniture less than 2 years old. Cook all you want in the fully equipped kitchen, with updated stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Dining table seats four and has two matching bar stools at the breakfast bar. You will want to be on the balcony a lot, enjoying the beautiful view of Alabama Point and the pass. You can enjoy the boats as they come in from open seas. Balcony has new polyword patio furniture to sit and have snacks and drinks while you contemplate the white sands of the beach and the blue waters of the Gulf. Your master bedroom suite offers a king size bed, flat screen television, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with one sink, an extended vanity counter and a new walk-in glass shower. Unit was furnished with new mattresses for all three beds in 2021. Second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a full-size bed and a flat screen television which adjoins its own private full bathroom with tiled walls, a sink, vanity counter, and a tub-shower combination. Phoenix East has a huge parking, and with prior reservations parking for boat or jet-ski can be arranged. *Please note: Phoenix East II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.
Wasnât informed the parking lot was inaccessible and had to back out into traffic and enter from next door property. Parking passes were not in codo, had to walk to next door and wait in line to obtain. Keurig coffee maker had broken lever so had to hold it down for the coffee to brew, master shower floor was super slippery and dangerous so had to buy shower mat for safety. Very large dog in next door unit barking very loudly from 10 pm until midnight. No help from condo security or police department so we left property a day early. Pros: very clean, TV worked and view was awesome.
