The condo was directly on the beachfront with fantastic views! We loved how the path to the beach and the swimming pools were lit up at night. The kitchen of this property however needs an upgrade. The fridge is in poor shape, the cabinet handles were sticky and the white counter top stained easily. The folks at the front desk just werenât that welcoming/friendly. There was a man in line ahead of me who came down to ask that something be done about the noise in a nearby condo. Though they said okay to his request, they just didnât appear to be too concerned about rectifying it. The website said there was one parking pass for our unit that sleeps 4. I told them there were two cars coming from different parts of the state. When I inquired they emailed back and said there were more available on a first come first serve basis. What they neglected to say was that a second pass cost $25 and that their nearest free property was a shell lot across the highway. Also I called for the WiFi password and they told me to hold on while I could hear them chatting. Not good customer service. Overall good condo but poor property customer service.
